1. These terms

These terms apply when you use aseadosolutions.com, book a call with us, or receive text messages from Aseado Solutions, a DBA of Gaston & Clarke Holdings LLC (“Aseado”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or our text messages, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.

2. Our services

The website describes what we do. It is not an offer to sell any particular service. Work for a client is agreed in a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs the engagement. If it conflicts with these terms, the written agreement wins.

3. SMS terms (text messages)

Programme: Aseado Solutions SMS, run by Aseado Solutions.

What we send: Replies to questions you send us, confirmations and reminders for calls you book with us, and updates about work we are doing for your company. If you separately agree to marketing messages, we may also send occasional news and offers about our services. Each type needs its own consent, and we never send marketing messages without it.

How you opt in: by giving us your mobile number in the chat on our website and ticking the box agreeing to receive text messages, or by texting us first. The boxes are never ticked for you, and agreeing is never a condition of buying anything from us.

Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you give us, or have the account holder’s permission to use it.

How often: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive no more than a few messages a week.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to stop: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message from us. We will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from us. We also accept STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT, or any other reasonable way of telling us, including by email or phone, and act on every request promptly and always within 10 business days. If you want to join again, reply START and we will start sending messages to you again.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages are delivered by your mobile carrier and are not encrypted, so please do not send us sensitive information such as card numbers by text.

Your information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 4. Using the website

You may use the website for your own business research and to contact us. Please do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, copy it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. Our content

The words, diagrams, design and logos on the website belong to Aseado Solutions or are used with permission. Other companies’ names and logos shown on the site belong to them and are used only to describe software our clients already use; they are not partners or endorsements.

6. Links and other services

The website links to services run by others, such as our booking calendar. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them.

7. No guarantees

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. Figures and examples on it are for general information and are not a promise of results for your business. Results for a client are agreed and measured under that client’s written agreement.

8. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our text messages, and our total liability for anything arising from them is limited to the amount, if any, you have paid us for them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change affects the text message programme, we will tell subscribers directly.
